New Star Wars Galaxy 6 basecards

Here are two illustrations made for the upcoming Star Wars Galaxy 6 trading cards set from Topps. I try to learn something with everything I do (if possible) and since my previous SW illustrations were digital I decided to go traditional this time, see how that works out for me. I like how they have a more "vintage" feel. Still have a lot to learn about painting though. They are done with acrylics and colored pencil on MDF board

Awesome man! It looks like this could've been done digitally considering the graphic look of it, but the paint gives it some richness.

Especially like the subtle touch of the sun halos seeping through the forest

Very stylish: They're something that honestly adds to the genre without being too stuffy about it.
